If you would like to place an order, then please either click here for our online order form, or submit your order to us, preferably on Excel spreadsheets, attached to an email. Please include details such as:

• Delivery deadline
• Packing requirements
• What to do about back orders
• Shipping. Sea, air or trailer (for the EU)

You have one point of contact with us, and therefore less hassles. Instead of sending 30 or so orders and cheques to 30 different suppliers, and constantly chasing them, worrying about your order, it is easier for you, if we deal with everything for you. A single, consolidated, freight charge will always cost less than multiple smaller charges for the same total volume. Worldwide School Supplies spends hundreds of thousands of pounds on International Freight every year. Economies of scale mean we can demand the best freight rates and those savings are passed on to the school.

From the moment you place your order we will:

• Acknowledge the order with your reference numbers and our order numbers
• Place the order with suppliers/vendors
• Keep you updated regularly on the status of the order
• Advise you of any potential backorders, re-printing, estimated delivery dates, etc
• Pack the goods as they come into our warehouse as you have indicated
• Issue packing lists to go with each carton
• Prepare sets of invoices, for customs and your accounts department
• Dispatch the order in full or in part, dependant upon supplier stock levels and according to your instructions
• Advise you of estimated time of arrival, method of dispatch and any tracking numbers
• Deal with backorders as per your instructions.
